In Romans chapter 12, Paul switches gear and talks about how Christians should behave different to the rest of the world.  When we become a Christian, we are justified and declared righteous.  God will then start working on us to conform us into His image.  As a result – Christians should behave different to non-Christians.  In Romans 12, Paul gives a series of practical ways of doing this.
