In Luke 7 we see Jesus invited to Simon the Pharisees house.  Simon was a highly religious man.  During the meal a highly sinful, unnamed woman turns up and comes to Jesus’ feet.  This woman is overcome with emotion, and tears flow from her heart.  She washes Jesus feet with her tears and dries them with her hair.  We see repentance and worship from the woman, and we see forgiveness and love from Jesus.  From the religious person we see condemnation.
